Steven Cullen

Steven Cullen is a retired Air Traffic Controller with 37 years of experience, including roles as an Air Force Air Traffic Controller and a Front Line Manager at Philadelphia International Airport. After retiring from the FAA in January 2014, Steven transitioned into consulting, most recently serving as a Senior Air Traffic Control Subject Matter Expert at SAIC, where they work on the EWR and PHL consolidation. Steven has also contributed to UAS projects, integrating these systems into the national airspace, and remains active in the aviation community.
