Steven Thomas

Steven Thomas is an experienced professional in program and project management, with over three decades in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Energy Account Director at SAIC, Steven oversees programs for the Department of Energy, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, National Science Foundation, and National Nuclear Security Administration, managing an annual budget of $42 million and more than 200 full-time equivalents. Previous positions at SAIC include Program Manager and General Manager, with extensive responsibilities in program integration, quality improvement, and technical resource management. Prior to SAIC, Steven held significant roles in healthcare IT, including Director of MIS at Easton Hospital and Director of IS at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington. Steven holds an MBA in Management from Penn State Great Valley and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
