Susan Helums possesses extensive experience in technical management and software engineering, with a career spanning several decades. From July 2018 to June 2023, Susan served as a Senior Technical Manager and then as an Executive Technical Manager at Hexagon Safety, Infrastructure, and Geospatial. Prior to that, from December 1988 to June 2018, Susan worked as a Software Scientist at Intergraph. Currently, Susan holds the position of Software Engineering Manager at SAIC, beginning in June 2023 and contributing to the S3I group in support of MLRS. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Geography from Middle Tennessee State University, following education at Lincoln County High School.
