Terry Biggio

Terry Biggio is a global aviation strategy executive with extensive experience in senior roles across the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Having spent over 37 years with the FAA, Terry held various leadership positions, including Acting Air Traffic Manager and Vice President of Safety and Technical Training. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Management from Lesley University, Terry has a proven track record in Safety Management Systems, Labor Relations, and Strategic Planning. In addition to their FAA experience, Terry served as Chief Executive Officer at The Washington Consulting Group, Inc., and has worked as Acting Vice President at SAIC.
