Tom Baldy

Tom Baldy is a Program Director at SAIC, a position held since 2017. They served as a Colonel in the United States Air Force from 1974 to 2004, where they held various roles including Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel and Assistant Professor of Political Science at the USAF Academy. Baldy has been a Legislative Liaison for the US Air Force, providing insights from 1999 to 2003. They obtained a M.A. in Political Science from Oklahoma State University, an M.P. in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia, and a B.S. in International Affairs from the United States Air Force Academy, in addition to completing National Security Studies at the Air War College.
