Tom Bannon

Tom Bannon, PMP, is a seasoned Program Director with extensive experience in IT project management. They began their career as a Systems Analyst at SYSCON Corporation from 1985 to 1988, leading teams for various naval accounting systems. Subsequently, Tom served as Program Director at Serco - North America from 1988 to 2014, where they managed a team of over 100 professionals working on the Thrift Savings Plan software applications. Most recently, Tom held the position of Program Director at SAIC from 2020 to 2023. They earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1984.
