Tom Kelly

Tom Kelly has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Contract Site Supervisor at SAIC since April 2016 and as a Certified Instructor for Dynamic Science, Inc. since May 2014, providing contract support for ATC training. Previously, Tom Kelly worked for the Federal Aviation Administration from April 1982 to October 2012 as a Traffic Management Officer, where expertise in Air Traffic Control and Traffic Management was developed, particularly in the New York Metropolitan area, culminating in a role as Oceanic Supervisor. Tom Kelly's education includes attendance at Suffolk County Community College and St. Francis Prep in Brooklyn, NY, from 1970 to 1973.
