Troy Jackson, PhD, is a seasoned Director of Training and Learning & Development Executive, as well as a Positive Psychology Practitioner and Wellness Coach, currently self-employed since 2019. With a distinguished career in the United States Air Force from 1992 to 2005, they served as a C130 Instructor Pilot and held various leadership roles. Jackson has also contributed to the U.S. Department of Transportation in multiple capacities, including Director of the Transportation Safety Institute, and currently holds the position of Senior Advisor at the Federal Railroad Administration. Additionally, they engage in academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Azusa Pacific University and Grand Canyon University. Jackson holds a PhD in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and has pursued advanced degrees in Public Administration and Instructional Systems Technology.
