Victor Lee is currently a Satellite Program Manager at SAIC, following a distinguished career that includes serving as a Program Manager at the United States Department of Defense from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, Victor was an Assistant Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Seoul from 2014 to 2018 and worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2009 to 2011, providing systems engineering support for U.S. government clients. Victor's military experience includes serving as a Program Manager for a $22M tactical SIGINT receiver and various officer roles in the U.S. Navy from 2007 to 2009. Victor holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Administration from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
