Walter Leavy

Walter Leavy is a Senior Acquisition Engineer at SAIC, bringing over 15 years of acquisition-related experience to their role. Previously, Walter served as a Senior Acquisition Specialist at KBR, Inc. and as a Senior Acquisition Analyst at Avantus Federal, among other positions in contracts management and logistics. Walter has held significant roles in organizations such as Perspecta, where they managed the Navy’s NGEN Contract, and TASC Inc., overseeing substantial contracts in the defense sector. Walter earned an MBA in Business Administration from the University of New Haven and is currently pursuing a graduate certification in Contracts Management from the University of Virginia.
