Wesley W. Hofferek, MBA, PgMP Candidate, PMP, has over 25 years of program management experience supporting Department of Defense efforts, with significant expertise in Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Defense and countering weapons of mass destruction. They have held various positions, including Lead Program Manager at Headquarters Marine Corps, where they achieved substantial workforce and cost reductions while modernizing CBRN occupational standards. Currently, Wesley serves as a Senior Strategic Planner at SAIC, focusing on the CWMD mission to deter and defeat adversaries, while previously leading operations for various defense commands. Wesley holds a degree from the U.S. Naval War College in Maritime Staff Operations.
