William Mott

William "BIF" Mott is a seasoned professional in business development, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at SAIC. A retired Air Force officer, they began their military career in Germany and became a career F-15C Instructor Pilot with over 3,000 hours in the air. Mott held various leadership roles, including F-22 Group Commander, and later transitioned to civilian roles where they directed business development efforts at organizations like IRTC and Kalmar RT Center. Mott earned a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the USAF Academy and holds two master's degrees in Military Science and Strategic Studies.
