Amol Waghmare

Amol Waghmare has three years of work experience. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, where they managed large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and worked on CRM. In 2018, they joined Virgo BPO Services as a Senior Customer Service Associate, where they managed inbound and outbound calls, handled customer engagement, identified customer needs, up-sold products and services, built sustainable customer relationships, and organized all conversation records. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Saicon, where they are responsible for liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs, determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions, and sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms.

Amol Waghmare completed a Bsc in Microbiology, General from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2021. Amol also obtained a certification in Electrical & Computer Hardware Engineering from Shree Soft Technologies in November 2017.
