Lex Katakam

Lex Katakam has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Starting as a Marketing Executive at Third Eye, they then moved to 247Headhunting where they held the positions of Client Service Manager and Technical Recruiter. In 2009, they became a Sr. Recruiter at Shamrock Global Consulting Services, followed by Asst. Recruiting Manager at Software Transformations Inc in 2010. In 2012, they took on the role of Recruitment Manager at Resource HuntGroup, and then Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aurionpro in 2013. In 2016, they became Recruitment Manager and Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at Computer Task Group, and in 2020, they were appointed Lead Technical Recruiter at Saicon.

Lex Katakam completed an M.B.A in Human Resource from Osmania University between 1999 and 2001.
