Sunil Bathula

Sunil Bathula has over 13 years of work experience in the recruitment field. Sunil began their career in 2008 as an IT Recruiter at Vensoft. In 2010, they moved to SVK Systems Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. In 2011, they joined iTech US Inc. in a similar role. In 2015, they became a Lead Recruiter at Reliable Software Resources Inc. and then in 2017, they were promoted to Senior Team Lead at Baanyan Software Services, Inc. In 2020, they were hired as a Team Lead at Charter Global, and in 2021 they moved to BCforward as a Lead Technical Recruiter. Sunil is currently working as a Recruitment Manager at Saicon since 2022.

Sunil Bathula holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Bharathiar University.
