Krystal Eason

Krystal Eason is a start-up People Ops leader with a background in marketing, currently serving as the Head of HR at Said Differently. Having previously held roles such as VP of People Operations at Houwzer and Director of People Operations at Saxbys, they have successfully built People Operations departments, managed employee performance, and led diversity initiatives. Educated at Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Marketing, Krystal is passionate about employee engagement, communication, and development, striving to leave individuals better than they found them.
