Oya Aybak has worked in the textile industry for 30 years, beginning their career as a pattern maker. For the past 17 years, they have served as a technical manager, overseeing garment technology teams and the development sample room. Recently, Oya took on the role of CLO project manager to implement a 3D CLO project and currently manages teams in both the UK and Turkey, providing innovative 3D sample services to clients. Oya's passion lies in following advanced technologies within the textile sector and establishing effective systems for new projects.
