Fred Strammer is an experienced professional in the sailing and sports coaching industry. Currently serving as a Pilot at Saildrone Inc since June 2022, Fred is also the Co-Owner of Sailing Performance Training, providing remote fitness coaching for over 200 athletes and various organizations since January 2018. Previously, Fred operated as a High Performance Coach from January 2016 to December 2021, contracting with Olympic and Paralympic teams and utilizing biotechnologies for performance enhancement. Notably, Fred helmed the Olympic sailing campaigns for the 2016 Olympics with a world ranking of 3rd and status as ISAF World Cup Champion. Educational qualifications include a Global MBA in Strategy from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brown University.
