Halley Beecroft

Halley (Crast) Beecroft currently serves as the Vice President of People at Saildrone, beginning in November 2025. Prior to this role, Halley held various positions at Sila Nanotechnologies, Inc. from January 2017 to October 2025, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where counsel was provided on workforce planning and organizational design, Chief of Staff during a leadership transition, and Director of People & Culture with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, learning & development, and DEI initiatives. Halley's extensive career also includes over nine years at Dow, where roles ranged from Manufacturing Operations Leader to Environmental Health & Safety Specialist. Earlier experience includes internships at General Motors and D. C. Cook Nuclear Power Plant. Halley holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering, earned in 2007.
