John Mustin

Vice Admiral John Mustin is a fifth-generation graduate of the United States Naval Academy, earning a BS in Systems Engineering. They hold an MBA, cum laude, from Babson College and an MS in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School. Currently, Mustin serves as President of Saildrone, following a distinguished military career that culminated in their role as Chief of Navy Reserve, where they managed a $3.7B budget and commanded 60,000 personnel. Mustin is also the Founder and Chairman of Wasabi Rabbit, a digital agency known for innovative brand strategies, and a recognized advocate for military and veteran hiring practices.
