Matt Paulson

Matt Paulson currently serves as the Technical Manager for Bathymetry at Saildrone Inc since December 2018. Prior to this role, experience includes nearly 21 years as a METOC / GI&S Officer at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and service as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the US Navy from 1998 to 2004. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, expected in October 2024, an Anti-Submarine Warfare certificate from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Science - Earth Systems from the University of San Diego. Additionally, extensive training was completed at Nuclear Power School under the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
