Mike Holmes

Mike Holmes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fleet management and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Fleet Management for Voyager and Explorer Class Saildrone Uncrewed Surface Vehicles at Saildrone, responsible for managing a global fleet to meet customer needs. Previously held roles as Vehicle Operations Manager and Vehicle Operations Technician at Saildrone, where oversight of technician teams and deployment operations was paramount. Mike also contributed as an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, advising on commercial real estate investments, and participated as an Assistant Watch Leader during the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. Prior experience includes serving as Division Manager and Operations Manager at Sims Metal Management Limited, with a focus on budget management and operational efficiency. Early career experiences as a Professional Deckhand aboard a luxury yacht and educational background with a B.S. in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University further complement Mike's diverse skill set.
