Sailing Into Wellness is an award-winning Irish charity and social enterprise. We use the unique setting of the sea to deliver educational and therapeutic sailing programmes which support and empower people, foster healing, build resilience and inspire positive change. 

Our person-centred sailing programmes meet our participants where they are at and encourages them to use their own life experiences as a platform for growth. 

The impact and benefits of our programmes go far beyond the development of a person’s sailing skills. Our focus is to create deeper impact, scale wider and achieve better outcomes for our participants.
