Roberta Carraro

Roberta Carraro serves as the Chief Designer at Sailplane, a research company focusing on Hierarchical Planning, since February 2024. Prior to this role, Roberta held several leadership positions, including Head of Design at Neon and Chief Design Officer at Chainlink Labs. From June 2020 to June 2022, Roberta was Vice President and Head of Design at HashiCorp, where oversight of brand and creative strategies was a key responsibility. At Salesforce, Roberta excelled as Vice President of Developer Experience and held senior director roles, managing design for multiple Heroku products. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of User Interface/User Experience at Heroku, Senior UX Designer at Apigee, and various design roles at Rocket Lawyer and Expedia Canada Corp. Roberta's educational background includes certificates in Digital Publishing Design and Internet Site Design from George Brown College as well as a degree from York University.
