Brian Carolan

Brian Carolan is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leading finance functions at high-growth companies. As Chief Financial Officer at SailPoint since December 2022, Brian is responsible for overseeing finance strategies and initiatives. Previously, Brian served as Chief Financial Officer at Commvault from February 2001 to June 2022, where responsibilities included strategic partnerships with the CEO and Board of Directors to guide the company’s vision and investor communications. Prior roles at Commvault included Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, where Brian played pivotal roles in scaling finance functions through significant growth phases. Earlier in Brian's career, experience as a Manager at EY involved managing audit teams for a diverse range of clients. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
