Celine Chieng serves as the HR Business Partner for the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region at SailPoint since March 2022. Prior to this role, Celine held the position of HR Business Partner for Global Sales and Marketing at Study Group from January 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included collaborating with senior sales leadership to enhance business growth and employee engagement across multiple regions. Celine's experience includes significant roles in HR management at OM Materials, Baidu, TSC Offshore Group, and Meinhardt, demonstrating proficiency in organizational transformation, talent localization, and developing HR functions in international settings. Celine holds a Diploma in Compensation and Benefits from the Singapore Human Resource Institute and a degree from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.
