Devan D'Silva

Devan D'Silva possesses extensive experience in the field of Information Technology and Risk Management, primarily at Baird, where roles included IT Business Analyst I and II and Assistant Vice President of Identity and Access Management. Key accomplishments include leading projects for custom software enhancements, developing training content, managing a team to establish an Identity & Access Management Program, and facilitating cross-functional initiatives for workflow automation. Devan has actively contributed to gender engagement in IT through participation in panels and the creation of the Women in Risk forum. Currently serving as an Identity Strategist at SailPoint, Devan holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Information Technology from Marquette University, with a minor in Psychology.
