Jim Russell

Jim Russell is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the federal sector, currently serving as Vice President of Federal Sales at SailPoint since January 2018. Prior roles include Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, and Vice President of Federal Solutions at Aequus Strategy Group, where guidance was provided to businesses on marketing to the public sector. Jim has also held significant positions such as Director of Cybersecurity Solutions at QinetiQ North America and Vice President of Public Sector at Symantec. With a solid foundational experience at IBM and Legent, Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
