Johanna Baum

Johanna Baum is the CEO and Founder of Strategic Security Solutions (S3), established in 2005 as a consulting firm specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC), and Security Professional Services. In addition to leading S3, Johanna serves on the AIM Advisory Board for the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and holds ambassadorial responsibilities at SPJ GTM. Participation in advisory roles includes a position on the Partner Advisory Board for SailPoint and membership in the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Johanna has a managerial background in SAP security, having worked for companies such as Capgemini, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, focusing on security development, financial reporting, and compliance. Johanna holds a Master of Science in Accounting Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
