John Umney

John Umney currently serves as the Higher Education Sales Lead and previously held the role of Public Sector Sales Executive at SailPoint since July 2020. Prior to this, John was a Business Development Manager at Censornet for a brief period in early 2020 and worked at Zscaler as a Regional Sales Manager for the Public Sector from November 2016 to January 2020. John's earlier experience includes working as a Government Account Manager at Sophos from June 2011 to November 2016, focusing on security and compliance for Local and Central Government in the South and East of the UK. John began the career as an Inside Sales Executive after completing education at Coventry University from 2000 to 2003.
