Jon Lees has over 24 years of experience in engineering and software development, currently serving as Engineering Manager at SailPoint since July 2015, where prior roles included Senior Staff Software Engineer and Staff Software Developer. At SailPoint, Jon led an engineering team focused on developing data visualization and analysis products. Previously, at Ringtail Design, Jon held the position of Senior UX Developer and was recognized for successful project performance as Technical Product Lead. From June 1999 to December 2012, Jon worked at Overwatch Systems Tactical Operations in various roles including Chief Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing SIGINT engineering activities and managing teams to develop full stack applications using C#. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
