Matt Olsen is an experienced HR Director currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner at SailPoint, where they lead a global HRBP team aligned with Product, Technology, and G&A functions. Previously, Matt worked as a Director and Senior HR Business Partner at Splunk, supporting various organizational sectors including Corporate Strategy and IT. They have also held roles at Uber, Bayer, Procter & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson, contributing to HR leadership across diverse industries. Matt's early career included impactful work as a Program Manager for the Kaiizen Foundation, focusing on educational initiatives for underprivileged youth. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA in Strategy and Organizational Behavior at Purdue University and hold a B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
