Matthew Scott is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruiting and executive staffing. Currently serving as the VP of Talent Acquisition at SailPoint since February 2014, Matthew has also held roles such as Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager for Global Sales & Services at the same company, emphasizing the impact of SailPoint’s Core Values. Prior to SailPoint, Matthew worked at Dell Software as a sales recruitment project lead following the acquisition of Quest Software, where significant contributions were made to the software group. Matthew's recruitment career began at Quest Software as an Executive Staffing Lead and included a role as a Co-Founder and President of BASC Group Inc., a boutique executive search firm. Matthew holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from Boise State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Vanguard University of Southern California.
