Maxime Guinaudeau has extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Success Management at SailPoint since September 2014. Over the years, Maxime has progressed through various roles, including Director of Global Customer Success Management and Manager of Customer Success & Operations for EMEA and APAC, focusing on enhancing customer experience and driving strategic initiatives. Prior to SailPoint, Maxime worked at Citrix SaaS Division managing key client relationships and at Lufthansa in customer sales roles. Maxime holds a Bachelor's Degree in STAPS from Université de Bordeaux and has completed an FCE in English at Leeds Beckett University.
