In prior roles, Megan has established comprehensive L&D strategies, facilitated organizational culture initiatives, and designed programs that align learning with business objectives across various levels. Early career experiences include roles as a Client Success Manager and Training Consultant at prominent firms like Sprinklr and IBM, focusing on client engagement, onboarding, and training delivery. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Communication from Texas State University and an Advanced Spanish degree from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
