Phil McQuitty is currently the Field CTO at SailPoint, a position they have held since 2025. With over 30 years of experience in enterprise technology, Phil previously served as VP of Global Sales Engineering at BigID and held various roles at SailPoint, including Sr. Director of Sales Engineering and Sr. Director of Identity and Data Governance Strategist. They began their career as a Systems Engineer at EDS, providing network support at the Pentagon. Phil earned a BS in Computer Science from Western Kentucky University in 1986.
