Rachel Beard

Rachel Beard is a seasoned professional with significant experience in client success and customer onboarding roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Onboarding Manager at SailPoint since June 2022, Rachel previously held the position of Client Success Manager at RLDatix from June 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that, Rachel worked in credentialing roles at Verge Health, contributing as both a Credentialing Coordinator and Lead Credentialing Specialist. Rachel's background also includes serving as an Executive Assistant to the Regional CEO at the American Red Cross, where responsibilities encompassed board support, event coordination, and donor communication. In earlier positions, Rachel contributed to the Medical University of South Carolina's Brain and Spine Tumor Program as an Administrative Assistant, focusing on outreach efforts and event management. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Marketing and Management from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
