Sara Marzo

Sara Marzo is currently the VP of Human Resources at SailPoint, where Sara oversees talent management, culture, and internal communications strategies. Prior to SailPoint, Sara held roles at Aon, LaSalle Bank, and Accenture, gaining experience in HR business partnering and program design. Sara holds a Master's degree in HR from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
