Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Stephen Hite, JD, serves as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at SailPoint since January 2022. Previously, Stephen worked at SecureLink from January 2018 to January 2022 as a Professional Services Engineer, focusing on customer training and onboarding for the SecureLink software suite. Stephen also held the position of Client Success Consultant at Innography from April 2016 to April 2017, where expertise in Intellectual Property tools and customer support was provided. Earlier experience includes project management for the Hawaii 2014 elections at Hart InterCivic, software training and course development at the Texas Department of Public Safety, and professional services consulting at Hart InterCivic.
