Information Technology Help Desk Manager - AMS

Tony Vida has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Information Technology Help Desk Manager for SailPoint since September 2022, managing a team of eight to provide 24/5 IT support for over 1,400 users in the Americas. Prior to this role, Tony spent 16 years at Lifesize, progressing through various positions, including IT Manager, where oversight included IT Operations, Business Applications, and Desktop Solutions, as well as managing IT support for a global workforce. Tony's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. Edward's University, completed in 2006.
