Tracy Yu

Tracy Yu is a Senior Technical Consultant at SailPoint since July 2023, focusing on the installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint software and SaaS solutions, while also delivering technical training for customers and partners. Previously, Tracy spent over 13 years at Microsoft in various roles, including Senior Product Manager, where engagement with strategic customers and partnersenhanced the product improvement lifecycle. As a Senior Premier Field Engineer, Tracy implemented comprehensive IAM solutions for enterprise clients and delivered consulting services, while also providing technical support as a Support Escalation Engineer. Earlier experience includes an internship as a UEFI Test Engineer at Intel Corporation. Tracy holds a master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tongji University, acquired between 2007 and 2010.
