Will Gauldin

Will Gauldin has extensive experience in customer success management, particularly in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at SailPoint since November 2021, Will has previously held various roles at RLDatix from December 2014 to October 2021, including Strategic Customer Success Manager and Client Success Manager II, overseeing platform features for numerous health systems and enhancing end-user adoption. Earlier experience includes roles at South Carolina Federal Credit Union, where Will excelled in relationship management and customer service.
