Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Sailworks since 2025, they specialize in building and managing social impact initiatives for music artists. Gregory has previously held notable roles, including Chief Product Officer at Big Mirror Labs and Chief Operating Officer at Icon Technology Studio, where they led business transformation and growth strategies. As Chairman of the Board for The Ally Coalition, Gregory has successfully promoted LGBTQ equality through extensive fundraising efforts.
