Previously, Craig held key roles at Companies House and Accenture, focusing on organisation design and business strategy. Craig’s foundational education includes a Master’s in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pretoria and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford's Saïd Business School.
