Debasis Kar is a results-driven Lead Data Engineer with over 15 years of experience in architecting, designing, and implementing scalable data engineering solutions. They have expertise in building end-to-end ELT pipelines using Snowflake, DBT, and Airflow, and have held roles at Capgemini as a Senior Data Engineer and Mphasis as an ETL Developer. Currently, Debasis leads data engineering efforts at Tata Consultancy Services while also serving as a Data Architect at Sainsbury's.
