Mandy Bushell has extensive experience in customer service and relationship management, currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at Sainsbury's since June 2018. Additionally, Mandy has been with Lloyds Bank as an Associate Relationship Director since November 2009, where responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of over 120 clients and ensuring compliance with KYC and CDD standards. Prior to this, Mandy worked at Bank of Scotland in a Corporate Banking Analyst role from November 2005 to November 2009, achieving a promotion within 13 months and demonstrating a strong understanding of the internal Bank Risk model through accurate submissions.
