Mark Bezer

Mark Bezer is currently the Group Head of Executive Recruitment & Sourcing at Sainsbury's, where they lead the Executive Recruitment Team and oversee the in-house Sourcing Team focused on Professional Hiring. Previously, they held key roles at Philip Morris International as Executive Hiring Lead for EMEA & Americas, and at Dyson as Global Head of Executive Recruitment. Mark's career began at Korn Ferry, where they served as Associate/Senior Associate in the Global Technology Practice, and continued at Lancor and Vodafone, where they co-established Vodafone's first in-house Executive Search function. They are also pursuing a BA (Hons) in Geography at the University of Southampton.
