Tom Stuart

Tom Stuart currently serves as the Head of Finance - Sustainability at Sainsbury's, where responsibilities include leading a dedicated sustainability finance team and overseeing a £1 billion sustainability program focused on environmental and social impacts. With previous experience as a Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager for digital projects at Sainsbury's, Tom has also worked as a consultant for notable social sector organizations such as FareShare and Doctors of the World, developing strategies to expand operations and enhance revenue generation. Prior to this, Tom completed a prestigious leadership program with On Purpose and gained over six years of experience at Ernst & Young, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant while working in corporate finance. Tom holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and a qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
