Maxime Chabout has over 16 years of experience in research and development, currently serving as Directrice R&D et QSE at Saint Jean since January 2021. Prior to this role, Maxime was Responsable R&D viennoiserie at Délifrance from September 2007 to December 2020, where management of a team dedicated to product development and innovation for the viennoiserie range was a key responsibility, covering an international scope. Earlier experience includes project management roles with expertise in defining projects, recipe formulation, sourcing raw materials, and industrial transfer processes. Maxime holds a Master 2 degree in Génie Biotechnologique et Management en Agro-Industries from La Rochelle Université, completed in 2007.
