John Bohn

John (Jack) Bohn has a diverse work experience in finance and investment. John (Jack) is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Saint Paul Commodities. Previously, they owned their own investment and financial advisory business called JPB Associates LLC, where they provided advice on debt restructuring, raising capital, and acquisitions. John (Jack) also worked as an interim CFO for a service company and a food ingredient processing startup. As the CFO of Netgain Technology, they directed financial management and corporate development activities, and managed the finance and accounting team. John (Jack) has also held positions as Managing Partner at Emerging Value Partners, Managing Director at CarVal Investors and Cargill Value Investment, and as the Country Manager in Russia for Cargill Financial Markets Group. John started their career as a Trader, Analyst, and High Yield specialist at Cargill.

John (Jack) Bohn has an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Government from Dartmouth College.
